Michiana Sports Authority is releasing the following statement about Video on the Internet.
Michiana Sports Authority will never do video on the Internet as this hurts attendence at high school events. Michiana Sports Authority when webcasting games do all games just like radio and tells people to come to the event. Michiana Sports Authority has help get 4 athletic events sold out and has always told people to come to the event. One AD heard me say this and said he would discount their ticket if they told the ticket taker they head this on the Internet. The other reason Michiana Sports Authority will never do video is because coaches do not went it because of scouting, if the video is archived other coaches can come to the website and scout there team. I hope this clears up how Michiana Sports Authority covers high school events and supports banding video on the Internet of high school games.
