The "Challenge of the Cheerleaders" was held Saturday, July 10th at The St Joe County Fair
Eleven teams participated.
Winners were:
Jr. High/Middle School
First Place: Fairfield Junior High
Second Place: Goshen Middle School
Small Varsity
First Place: New Prairie High School
Second Place South Bend Riley High School
Large Varsity
First Place: Northridge High School
Second Place: Fairfield High School
Third Place: Goshen High School
Grand Champion team that received the highest score was Northridge High School.
Spirit Award was won by Riley High School.
Also participating this year were Elkhart Central High School, Mishawaka Marian High School, Oregon Davis High School and South Bend Washington.
